Asphalt Maintenance
Roof should be blown off in the spring and late fall each year (recommend using a blower)
Gutters need to be emptied each year to prevent clogs/overflow
Moss should be treated every 1-2 yrs, we recommend not using a pressure washer (damage shingles) - instead, use powdered laundry detergent
Vents should be inspected yearly for damages or cracking
All caulking on roof should be replaced every other year if directly exposed to the sun
Metal roof Maintenance

Exposed screws should be checked yearly - look to see if the washer is worn away
Rubber flashings should be checked yearly for possible leaks
Roof ventilation should be checked a year after installation via attic - check for condensation
